I have sent an SMS and it hasn't been received?

If you are having issues sending an SMS text to one of your devices one the following issues might be preventing SMS from being sent:

1. Sim Card has been deactivated
2. Onsite device may have been powered down or has an electrical fault*
3. Number is incorrect

If you are unsure of the root cause of the issue, please raise a case via the Support Portal and they will investigate

*If the device has been powered down, network will try and send an SMS for up to 3 days (by default). If you believe this is the issue and the device has been off for more than 3 days, please contact support so they can run a tracer. For this issue, please provide:

1. From Number
2. To Number
3. Time sent
