Why is the VPN Agent install failing with a 'Failed to connect ...' error?

Check that the local firewall allows the process 'amlagent.exe' to connect on port 443 and that the network firewall also allows outbound SSL (port 443) connections from the Agent host system. If a proxy is used for Internet access, make sure that the proxy settings are defined in Internet Explorer on the Agent host system as the Agent retrieves the proxy settings from Internet Explorer. The VPN Agent will NOT work through an authenticating proxy.
