You may want to know which network your SIMs are currently attached to for testing, QA or a simple investigation as to why they are not picking up a data session.
There may be situations where the SIM isn't attached to a network, but you would like to know as a basis for investigations and testing. Sometimes hardware can identify this, but should you be unable to obtain this information, please log a SIM related support request and we will identify the network for you, provided there is an attachment by the SIM (also known as a GSM location update). When logging your request, please quote either the MSISDN, ICC or IMSI for the SIM. This is commonly known as a network trace and can be performed in real-time for you.
